Booking and Cancellation Policy under the Terms of Use for Tourism and Real Estate
Booking and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service requested:
- For real estate services, property viewing appointments require at least 24 hours’ prior notice, with one free rescheduling opportunity.
- Medical and tourism services are subject to specific conditions determined by the service provider.
Our booking and cancellation policy under the Terms of Use for Tourism and Real Estate includes the following cancellation rules:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled date: full refund
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled date: no refund

Refund Policy and Limitation of Liability
